Leo
Leo is our Papillon mix that we adopted two years ago in February 2009. When we first got him he had a lot of aggression issues and bit both Sean and I numerous times. After shelling out some serious hard earned cash and putting him through shock therapy (yes, we resorted to a shock collar), he has become an amazingly good dog with lots of personality. He loves playing with his toys, which apparently has become his outlet for his aggression, since they get mauled within just a few days. Sean and I are constantly shelling out money to afford his bad habits, but better the toys than our hands!
Tinka and Daisy
Tinka is the long hair on the left and Daisy is the short hair on the right. Both came as a package deal with Sean. They embody the typical cat stereotype - very aloof and not overly affectionate. Daisy is rather shy and Tinka is what Sean likes to call a diva. Because they are both so bonded with Sean, I think they tend to view me as the nuisance who lives in the house, but I put up with them. They are incredibly quiet and stay out of the way, so I suppose I can't complain!
Sean and Kelsea Goehner
Sean and I are newlyweds - our wedding was on July 16th this summer, on the third anniversary of the day we met, so I am now officially a Goehner (pronounced Gainer). So far married life has been great - we've been keeping busy with lots of activities and we have many more to come! Both Sean and I have vowed to take one big trip a year until we have kids, so we are currently working on our next destination, having just gotten back from the Cook Islands for our honeymoon. Hard to top that!
